On Aug. 23, 2013, the USCIS approved another L-1A application we filed for a client on July 9, 2013.
Our client in this case is a foreign company which came to the US to open a new office. The application was filed under premium process petition. The USCIS sent out a RFE to us asking us to address a minor issue. Within two weeks upon receiving our response, the application is approved. The beneficiary employee of this case is still in the foreign country. With the approval, she will go to the consulate to have the visa interview and will soon come to the US.
