Removal/Asylum/Court Proceedings
Success Story: Within a Week We Won Two Asylum Trials in Immigration Court

Within the past seven days, Attorney Stewart Lin represented two separate clients and appeared with them in the Immigration Court for trial of their asylum petition.  Due to the detailed preparation of our office, both asylum petitions were granted.  Needless to say, our clients were overjoyed with the great results.  One of the clients was so emotional he cried with joy throughout the way back to our office!

The two cases are distinctively different in their nature.  The first client, a middle-age person, violated the family planning policy of his country while pursuing the chance to have a son to carry his surname and as a consequence experienced a lot of difficulties from the local government.  The second case is a young man who just reached his adulthood pursuing the freedom to practice Christianity.

To help the clients present their cases, we searched and submitted many articles about the condition of their country.  Supporting evidence provided by clients was also presented to the court.  In both cases, our clients were found credible and having established their eligibility for asylum by the presiding judge.

Over the years, Attorney Stewart Lin has represented so many clients in asylum proceedings that we have almost lost count of the success we obtained for our clients.  Mr. Lin was known for his tenacious but patient preparation of the cases.  Clients he represented range from the victims of civil conflict in Columbia, people escaping middle east countries to pursue religious freedom, and Chinese nationals with all kinds of problem.  The recent two cases are just a small sample of our accomplishment.

If you suffered persecution in your country, or you have reasonable fear of returning to your country because of one or more of the asylum grounds (i.e. race, nationality, religion, political opinion, or membership in a social group), give us a call.  The best help you can get is just a click away.
