Success Story: Another Asylum Granted to Our Client by the Asylum Office

On November 29, 2007, the Houston Asylum Office granted another asylum to a client of Lin & Valdez, LLP.  The granting of this case marks the continuance of our success in representing and helping clients obtaining the protection of the US government from persecution if they have to return to their countries.

Over the years, attorneys of Lin & Valdez have represented hundreds of clients in asylum and immigration court proceedings seeking release, bonding, asylum, withholding of removal, adjustment of status, cancellation of removal, or other relieves allowed by the Immigration and Naturalization Act.  Attorney Stewart Lin obtained bar licenses from Texas and New York, and is licensed to appear in the Federal District Court of Southern District, as well as the Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal.  He has represented thousands of clients in all categories of immigration petitions, and has personally appeared in courts in Texas cities like Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Harlingen, El Paso, and other courts in States including Georgia, Louisiana, and California.  Our clients are from all corners of the world.  This approval is just another proof of the excellence of our work.

This case was based on imputed political opinion ground.  Our client established the past persecution he suffered and the well-founded fear of future persecution from his government.  If you are pondering about applying for asylum, or if you are facing removal, contact us immediately.  As we always say, the help you need is just a click away!
