Success Story: Asylum Granted to Lin & Valdez Client

Last week, a Lin & Valdez client received his asylum approval issued by the US government after his asylum interview at the Houston Asylum Office.

Our client in this case is about 40 years old.  While he was in college, he was active in extra curriculum activities in the campus.  In one school function, he found that the school had embezzled student funds, and he hence organized protest against the school.  As the school was a state-run entity, from then on his life fell apart because the school and the state started persecute him by setting up all kinds of road block against him while he tried to find a job.  The situation lasted for over 10 years, until he could no longer survive in his country and fled to the US.

The case was filed within one year after the client entered the US and was approved after the asylum interview.

Attorneys at Lin & Valdez have represented hundreds of aliens in all kinds of proceedings in immigration court seeking relieves ranging from bonding, release, asylum withholding of removal, cancellation of removal, and the variety of waiver relief.  We regularly represent clients in all immigration courts of Texas, and Louisiana, and also represent clients in immigration courts in Michigan, California, etc.  For asylum and relief seeking in the immigration court, please contact us immediately.  As we have always said, the help you need is just a click away!
