Sample Success Story: Asylum Granted to Lin & Valdez Client from Moldova

One day in the firs week of August, 2012, an immigration judge granted asylum to a Lin & Valdez client from Moldova represented by Attorney Stewart Lin.  At the end of trial, the ICE counsel also agreed to the grant of asylum to our client and waived appeal. The decision of the judge is final.

Our client in this case initially filed his asylum petition by himself and represented himself pro se in the asylum interview.  After his case was denied by the asylum office and when the removal proceeding started at the immigration court, he came to Lin &
Valdez to seek help from Mr. Stewart Lin.

Upon talking with the client and reviewing his document, Attorney Stewart Lin believed that this client is eligible for the protection of asylum and agreed to represent him.  The client and his families suffered persecution in the Republic of Moldova by people with different political views, and did not receive appropriate protection from the government. After trial, the presiding judge agreed and granted asylum.

Attorneys at Lin & Valdez have represented hundreds of aliens in all kinds of proceedings in asylum office and immigration court.  We represent clients in all immigration courts of Texas and Louisiana.  We have also represented clients in immigration courts in Michigan, California, etc.  Our attorneys have also represented clients in various levels of appeal and obtained tremendous success in the appeals.  Please contact us immediately if you need representation in immigration court and in BIA or other appealing proceeding.  As we have always said, the help you need is just a click away!
