On Feb. 25, 2014, the USCIS granted a I-601A provisional waiver we filed for our client on Oct. 7, 2013. With the grant of this waiver, our client will return to his country and will be able to return to the US with a green card.
To present the I-601 application, we ask the client to provide us substantial amount of documentation showing the hardship his departure will cause to his US citizen family. Our client is extremely pleased with the happy ending as now he has the chance to leave and then come back to the US with a green card.
