On May 6, 2014, the Board of Immigration Appeal sustained an appeal our office filed for a client and remanded the case back to immigration court. In the case, we pointed out the deficiency in the ruling of the immigration judge in detail. Upon reviewing our brief, the BIA sided with our position and granted remand of the case.
