Success Story: E-2 Visa Granted by Toronto Consulate to Canadian Citizen

On February 4, 2008, the US Consulate in Toronto granted an E-2 visa to a Lin & Valdez client, a Canadian citizen.  This case represents and continues our success in obtaining E-2 visas or status for clients around the world

This case is for a client of our office who invested about $100,000.00 in an art and framing gallery.  Like almost all of our other E-2 clients, we have never met with our clients.  Nevertheless, with the backup of our reputation and expertise in E-2 petitions, we soon earned the trust and confidence of our client once our client contacted us.  The investment of our client is in the State of Illinois.  Despite of the distance, with the help of e-mails and telecommunication, we were able to communicate with our client efficiently.

After discussing with us, our client decide to go for visa interview directly, rather than applying for change of status in the US.  Our office helped our client complied the whole E-2 package, and prepared a detail petition letter for the application.  The package was sent to Toronto consulate for preview, and after the pass of that scheduled for visa interview on February 4, 2008.  Without any trouble, our client were granted of the visa.

Over the years, Lin & Valdez has applied for countless numbers of E-2 cases.  The investments our clients made for the applications are in a wide range of businesses, including salon, restaurant, camera shop, doughnut shop, supermarket, gas station, convenience store, trading company, day care, bridal service, professional service, hotel/motel, computer company, franchise store, art gallery etc.  We have established ourselves a premier E-2 investment visa practitioner.  If you are from one of the E-2 countries and are interested in coming to the US with this flexible visa status, please contact us immediately.  The help you need is just a click away!
