On July 24, 2015, the USCIS granted another E-2 treaty investor application filed by our office for a Japanese client.
The application was filed on May 4 of 2015. After filing the USCIS issued a Request for Additional Evidence for this matter. The Request, however, is not related to the essence of this application. It, on the other hand, is to ask our client to supplement his lost approval notice from previous change of status application. With out assistance, an application to replace the lost I-94 was filed and this application was soon approved.
Our client in this case made substantial investment in hair salon/cosmetic studio business. With the approval of this case, we have continued our peerless success rate in E-2 applications.
Lin & Valdez has applied for countless numbers of E-2 cases. The investments our clients made for the applications are in a wide range of businesses, including bakery, beauty salon, restaurant, camera shop, doughnut shop, supermarket, gas station, convenience store, trading company, day care, bridal service, professional service, hotel/motel, computer company, franchise store, art gallery, law office, shoe store, sandwich and deli shop, and granite and stone business, etc. We have established ourselves a premier E-2 investment visa practitioner.
