On February 11, 2008, Nebraska Service Center granted another NIW application we filed for one of our clients without issuing Request for Additional Evidence. This is a second approval issued to us in 7 days following a previous one issued on February 4, 2008.
Our client is a researcher in analog and digital integrated circuits and systems, who was a visiting assistant professor at a university in a southeast state. At the time the petition was filed, he had eight published articles, and had presented in national and international conferences many times.
As we said in the previous article, it has long been believed that the Nebraska Service Center applies a stricter examination standard and as such many clients worry about filing their petition to NSC. However, over the years we have been known for our detail and extensive preparation for a filing. For each case, we analyze the uniqueness of the petition, and painstakingly prepare detail but to-the-point petition letter for our client. Our countless approvals in EB-1, NIW, and O-1, both from NSC and TSC, have proved the success of our method. We have always believed that if a case is prepared right, it does not matter where it is filed and we have proved our record. This approval furthers proves the point.
