On February 9, 2009, Texas Service Center sent several approval notices to our office. The approval notices include an I-140 approval to an NIW application we filed on October 9, 2009, and most surprisingly, green card adjustment of status approvals to this client and his family members. Therefore, in exactly 4 months, our client and his families obtain their green cards. Our client is ecstatic because just three days before the approval notices were issued, he was contacting us inquiring about the issuance of their advance paroles. With the approvals, certainly, the advance paroles are no more important.
Our client is a scientist working for a Massachusetts company. A researcher in organic chemistry and biotechnology research, he has 11 journal papers and several abstracts and conference papers. A reference from his friend who also obtained NIW approval through the help of Lin & Valdez led him to us. After the first phone conference with us, he immediately decided to retain our office to file the concurrent filings for NIW and green card for him and his families. We all expect success in this case. Nevertheless, the speedy approval is still a surprise, but a pleasant one, to all of us.
Over the years Lin & Valdez has established an extremely high success rate in EB-1 and NIW applications. In this case, we drafted a 21-page petition letters and obviously the petition convinced the processing officers the outstanding credential of our client. Please contact us immediately if you are thinking about applying for NIW or EB-1. We will give you our thought to the chance of your application. As we always say, the best help you need is just a click away!
