Success Story: I-140 EB-1C Multinational Manager Approved

On December 1, 2011, the USCIS approved an EB-1C I-140 application we filed for a multinational manager we filed on June 14, 2011.

Our client in this case is a manager for a multinational company.  The parent company is a conglomerate from China.  The US operation is a subsidiary of the parent company focusing on the sale of stone material.  Since coming to the US, the company has created over 20 job opportunities in the US.

It should be noted that this I-140 is not the first such approval we obtained for the company.  Previously we have helped the company obtaining the I-140 and green card for the general manager of the US subsidiary company.  For this case, upon evaluating the financial statements of the client’s company, we decided with out client to file the I-140 petition concurrently with the I-485 applications.  With the approval of the I-140, the manager who is the beneficiary of the I-140 petition and his families will soon receive their permanent residency.

Over the years Lin & Valdez LLP has established a close to perfect success rate in EB-1 and NIW applications.  Our clients are in all lines of professions, raging from art, movie, science, engineering, computer science, medical field, fashion, singing, and other fields. We have as such helped many managers, scientists and artists in the top of their field to come to the US and obtain the permanent residency.  Please contact us immediately if you are thinking about applying for NIW or EB-1.  We will give you our thought to the chance of your application.  As we always say, the best help you need is just a click away!
