On July 11, 2007, a PERM labor certification application we filed for a Computer Programmer for our client was certified by the Department of Labor.
The application was for an EB-3 position. The sponsoring employer is a big software company located at New Jersey. The uniqueness of this case is that the beneficiary employee has a three-year college degree, rather than the ordinary four-year degree. As such, in the application our client needs to specify its acceptance of such a credential. The Department of Labor has issued several Q & A dealing with three-year college degree issues.
This case, again, like other cases we handled, went through smoothly. It is a continuance of our perfect track record in getting PERM approval for our applications. Either you are an employer or an employee, please contact us if you are contemplating applying for labor certification. The abundance of our success stories is the best proof of our expertise in labor certification cases.
