On July 13, 2011, the USCIS approved a FY 2012 Bachelorís Cap H-1B application we filed among many other FY 2012 cases. The application was filed under regular application and received by the USCIS on May 6, 2011.
The beneficiary of this petition is in foreign country and did not have degree from a US college. Therefore evaluation of the degree was obtained before the application was filed. With the approval, the beneficiary of this petition will be able to go to the US embassy to apply for H-1 visa to enter the US before Oct. 1 of this year. There is no RFE issued or requested by the USCIS.
