Success Story: PERM Case Approved for Credit Analyst

What a good way to start the Chinese New Year!  On Monday, January 30, 2006, one of our PERM cases is approved for the position of credit analyst.  This is one of those difficult cases we have been working on.  However, backed up by our nit-picking preparation and meticulous checkup of each step and aspect of the case, we sailed to success without any challenge from DOL.

This is a difficult case for many reasons.  Firstly, the employer is an individual with just a doing-business-as name registration.  Secondly, the company is in telecommunication business but has less than 5 employees.  Thirdly, the position is for credit analyst, which seems an odd fit into the business of this size.  Taking all into consideration, it seems that our client is doomed to be challenged by the DOL.  Nevertheless, the case filed on October 31, 2005, did not encounter the expected auditing, and was approved on Jan. 30, 2006.

This is just one of a series of PERM approvals we received since last year.  Just about one week ago, we received another approval for a transportation planner application.  Our detail planning and preparation has been hailed by our clients as marvelous, and we are really proud of the expertise we have built in PERM applications.  If you are seeking help for PERM cases, doníŽt hesitate to contact us.  Especially HR personnel of businesses, we will assist you and explain to you to the very detail what is involved in PERM. As we have always said, contact us immediately as the help you need is just a click away.
