Mr. Robert Pham, an of counsel attorney of Lin & Valdez LLP, concentrates his practice in various types of litigation. He maintains a diverse caseload which includes state and federal taxation, general civil and criminal matters. Graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, Robert Pham is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas since 1996, he is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1988. Attorney Robert Pham has had the pleasure of conducting trials from a simple dispute in state court to complex money laundering, tax evasion, and Fair Labor Standard Act cases in federal courts. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, United States District Court in the Southern District; Northern District and Western District of Texas.
Attorney Robert Pham is fluent in Vietnamese and he is well known in the Vietnamese community for his commitment to help the political refugees by traveling to Philippine to assist the Vietnamese who had immigration problems. In addition, attorney Robert Pham hosts his weekly legal show on television, channels 51.2 and 51.7 in Houston and channel 55.5 in Dallas. In his legal shows, attorney Pham answers questions in all areas of law from viewers. Furthermore, attorney Robert Pham has been helping the communities with preparing free wills and uncontested family cases. By making outstanding contributions to the delivery of legal services to low-income Texans, Mr. Pham has met the standard of eligibility as required for membership in the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
