On Oct. 4, 2023 the Department of Labor certified another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
This labor certification application was filed for the position of accountant for a CPA firm. This case was filed on June 29, 2022 and was approved outright without being audited by the Department of Labor.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases.
