Sample Success Story: I-601 Waiver Granted in 63 Days

On Nov. 12, 2014, the USCIS granted another I-601 waiver we filed for our client. While we are confident about the approval to the case we prepared for our client, we are pleasantly surprised by the speedy processing to the application as the application was not received by the USCIS until Sept. 9, 2014!

Our client in this case was in overseas.  The client has tried to apply for visa to the consulate for multiple times.  However the client was found to have misrepresented facts when the client came to the US last time.  We explained to the US in detail the circumstance of what happened, and why the waiver should be granted.  The client is, needless to say, ecstatic about the approval.
