On May 10, 2016, the USCIS granted another I-601 waiver we filed for our client. The application was filed on April 29, 2016 and approved in less than two weeks.
Our client in this matter is a Nepalese citizen and with the approved I-601 waiver he would be granted TPS to stay in the US.
