On May 11, 2015, the USCIS granted another I-601 waiver we filed for our client. The application was filed on January 22, 2015. With the grant of this waiver, our client will be able to return to the US with an immigrant visa.
To present the I-601 application, we asked the client to provide us substantial amount of documentation showing the hardship her absence in the US will cause to her US citizen family. Our client is extremely pleased with the happy ending as now she has the chance to come back to the USwith a green card.
