On Aug. 24, 2017, the USCIS granted another I-601 waiver we filed for our client.
Our client in this matter is a Mexican citizen and with the approved I-601 waiver he would be able to go to the consulate to obtain the immigrant visa to travel back to the the US. The green card would be issued once the client is back to the US.
