On Nov. 8, 2017 the Department of Labor certified and approved another PERM labor certification we filed for our client. This is a third approval we received within a month.
This labor certification application was filed by an oil and gas service company for the position of Management Analyst. This case was filed on June 19, 2017 and approved outright without being audited by the Department of Labor.
