On July 8, 2016, the immigration judge in Houston, Texas granted an adjustment of status application of a Lin & Valdez client. With the approval, our client�s case in the immigration court formally ends and will soon receive green card.
Our client in this case retained our office to move the case from a northeast state to Texas and then proceeded with the adjustment of status proceeding. As both sides wave appeal, the grant of adjustment of status is final.
