Success Story: Another EB-1(C) L-1 for Green Card Application Approved

On Aug. 29, 2016 the USCIS approved another L-1A for green card EB-1(C) application we filed for our client.

Our client in this case previously applied for L-1 and L-1 extension with our representation.  In Sept. of 2015, the EB-1(C) was filed to the USCIS.  The USCIS in the interim issued a RFE asking for clarification to some points of the application.  With due and appropriate response, the application was consequently approved.
