Success Story: Another EB-1(C) L-1 for Green Card Application Approved

On Oct. 13, 2016 the USCIS approved another L-1A for green card EB-1(C) application we filed for our client.

Our client in this case came from a foreign country and acquired a controlling shareholding in a US company.  With our representation, our client got L-1 and L-1 extension smoothly and eventually the I-140 approval.  Our client is expecting to receive the green card soon as the adjustment of status application was filed concurrently with the I-140.
