On Jan. 16, 2020, another US Immigration Court judge granted asylum to another Lin & Valdez client. This approval represents the continuation of our success in the immigration court.
Our client in this case was persecuted in his country on religious ground and fled to the US to seek protection. The case is represented by Attorney Stewart Lin. At the end of the trial, the government waives appeal and hence the approval has become final. One year from the approval date our client will be able to apply for permanent residency.
