On Nov. 1, 2018, a Judge of US Immigration Court granted asylum to one of our clients represented by Attorney Stewart Lin. With the approval, our client will be able to apply for permanent residency after one year from the ruling date.
Our client in this case was persecuted in his country and fled to the US to seek protection.
