On July 11, 2019, just one day after an immigration judge granted Withholding of Removal to one of our clients, the US Asylum Office granted asylum to another Lin & Valdez client represented by Attorney Stewart Lin. With the approval, our client is allowed to stay in the US to have new and free life.
This Asylum application was filed on May 17, 2019, and was speedily scheduled for interview by the asylum office. Our client presented her experience of persecution to the asylum office and in 10 days, received the approval.
