On Sept.15, 2015, the Department of Labor certified and approved another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
The application for this labor certification is for a financial manager position. This case was filed on June 23, 2014. the case was audited by the Department of Labor. Despite of the auditing, the case was approved after the auditing report was filed.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases.
