Success Story: BIA Approved Motion to Remand We Filed for Client

On Jan. 23, 2015 the Board of Immigration Appeal approved another appeal our office filed for a client and remanded the case back to immigration court.

In this case our client was represented by another attorney in the immigration court proceeding.  The attorney, however, failed to file certain key documents provided by the client.  Our motion to remand, though objected vehemently by the government, was granted by BIA.  Our client hence will have another chance to present his case in the immigration court.
