Success Story: BIA Remanded a Case We Appealed for a Client

On Feb. 4, 2016 the Board of Immigration Appeal remanded a case we appealed for a client to the immigration court for further proceeding.

In this case our client was ordered removed by the immigration judge.  However, upon receiving our appeal and argument, the BIA opined that the government has failed to meet rebuttal burden and the court failed to addressed the issue.  The case has hence been remanded to the immigration for further proceeding.
