Success Story: Difficult and Challenged L-1A Application Approved

On May 21, 2014, the USCIS approved a difficult and challenged L-1A application.  Our client is extremely pleased with the outcome.

This case was originally handled by another law office.  The filing, however, left many questions and issued unaddressed and answered.  The USCIS as such issued a long Request for Additional Evidence.  The scared client then came to us seeking help.  We analyzed the case from scratch, and reorganized the whole application.  We also answered all the questions the USCIS raised.  In 10 days after the response was sent back to the USCIS, the case is approved.
