Success Story: EB-1(C) L-1 for Green Card Application Approved

On Aug. 15, 2016 the USCIS approved another L-1A for green card EB-1(C) application we filed for our client.

Our client in this case previously applied for L-1 and L-1 extension with our representation.  With the stable operation of the US company, the company’s I-140 EB-1(C) application for the L-1 manager was finally approved by the USCIS.  It should be noted that this client, before coming to us for the L-1 application, actually applied for EB-1(C) through another law firm without success.  The approval to the current application has greatly excited our client.
