The USCIS on May 5, 2016 approved another EB-5 immigrant investor application we filed for our client. This case was filed on Oct. 21, 2014. Before the case was approved, we responded to a Request for Evidence from the USCIS. In a week upon receiving the response, the USCIS approved our client’s application.
Our client in this case is an EB-5 immigrant investor. The investment is through creating a new business with direct investment, instead of investing in a regional center. Through our representation, a complete EB-5 application package was filed to the USCIS. The client will soon come to the US to preside his EB-5 business.
