On May 14, 2021, the USCIS approved an EB-5 I-829 application we filed for a client on April 30, 2018. The client’s conditional residence is now a formal permanent residence with the approval to this application.
Our client in this case invested the required amount to a business enterprise and created the jobs as required by the regulations. She was previously granted temporary residence in 2016. The approval gives her families the freedom of formal residents.
