Success Story: EB-5 Investor Application Approved

On Dec. 7, 2015, the USCIS approved an EB-5 investor immigration I-526 application we filed for our client.

Instead of investing in a regional center, our client in this case invested the required amount in a business in one metropolitan area directly and aimed to operate and control the investment himself.

While the USCIS issued a RFE to some minor issues about the creation of employment opportunities the invested enterprise will create, upon receiving our response, the application was approved in 2 weeks.
