On April 1, 2014, an immigration judge issued a lengthy ruling and granted political asylum to a Lin & Valdez client represented by Attorney Stewart Lin. The judge issued the written decision after hearing the case.

California. He retained our office after the case was moved to the current venue when the case was pending in court for trial. The court, in granting the asylum, made a long analysis of the argument of our client and that of the government’s, and eventually sided with our position.
