Success Story: L-1A New Office Application Approved in Two Weeks

On May 27, 2014, the USCIS approved another L-1A application we filed for our client.

This is a “new office” application.  In other words, the applicant just set up a new company for its US operation.  The approval has been forwarded to the US embassy for the client’s visa interview and our client is expected to return to the US very soon to kick off his US business. The application is filed under premium processing and approved outright by the USCIS in 14 days.
