On June 11, 2018 the Department of Labor certified and approved another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
This labor certification application was filed by our client for the position of Network and Computer Systems Administrator. This case was filed on Feb. 15, 2018 and approved outright without being audited by the Department of Labor.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases. As such, compliance with the DOL regulations in the preparation of the cases is a must.
