On March 23, 2017 the Department of Labor certified and approved another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
This labor certification application was filed by an employer for the position of Medical and Clinical Laboratory Technologist. This case was filed on Jan. 5, 2017 and was approved outright in just 2 and half months without being audited by the Department of Labor.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases.
