On Feb. 26, 2016 the Department of Labor certified and approved another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
The application for this labor certification is for a Petroleum Technician. This case was filed on Sept.23, 2015 and was approved outright without being audited by the Department of Labor.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases. As such, compliance with the DOL regulations in the preparation of the cases is a must.
