On Aug. 2, 2016, an immigration judge granted our Motion for Stay of Removal to a Lin & Valdez client.
Our client in this case was previously ordered to be removed by the immigration court. Through investigation, we have found that the client is qualified for another form of relief which was not available to the client before. The Motion hence was filed and soon granted by the court.
