Success Story: USCIS Approved Another E-2 Application to Our Client

On April 26, 2018, the USCIS approved another E-2 application we represented for another Lin & Valdez LLP client.

Our client in this case actually filed the application through another law firm back in March 9, 2018.  The initial application, however, was so inferior and as a consequence, the USCIS issued an extensive Request for Additional Evidence.  The client then came to US seeking the assistance of our office.

We basically have to rebuild the whole case to be able to respond to the RFT.  Our client is this case purchased a veterinarian clinic and with our assistance received the approval within 10 days after the response we sent was received by the USCIS.
