On Sept. 9, 2019, the USCIS granted an I-601 Waiver of Inadmissibility Ground we filed for our client. The application was filed together with an adjustment of status application received by the USCIS on Sept. 4, 2018. With the waiver granted, our client’s adjustment of status application was also approved.
