On Sept. 23, 2019, a Judge of US Immigration Court in San Antonio granted another asylum to one of our clients. With the approval, our client will be able to apply for permanent residency after one year from the ruling date.
Our client in this case was persecuted in her country and fled to the US to seek protection. The court is convinced of the persecution our client experienced and hence issued the positive ruling.
