On Dec. 18, 2019, the USCIS granted an I-601A provisional waiver we filed for our client. The application was received by the USCIS on AQpril 8, 2019 and was approved without receiving RFE or any challenge. With the waiver our client will return to her country and will be able to return to the US with a green card.
To present the I-601A application, we asked the client to provide substantial documentation showing the hardship her departure will cause to her US citizen families. Our client is extremely pleased with the positive result as now she has the chance to leave and then come back to the US with a green card.
