On Dec. 17, 2019, another Judge of US Immigration Court granted another asylum to one of our clients represented by Attorney Stewart Lin. With the approval, our client will be able to apply for permanent residency after one year from the ruling date.
Our client in this case was persecuted in her country and fled to the US to seek protection. With the representation of Mr. Stewart Lin, our client presented her case to the court. The court is convinced of the persecution or client experienced and hence issued the positive ruling. Further, as the government waived appeal, the ruling has become final.
