On Sept. 18, 2017, an immigration judge in Houston, Texas granted another adjustment of status to a Lin & Valdez client. With the approval, our client’s case in the immigration court formally ends and will soon receive green card.
As the government waived appeal, the court’s order is final and our client will soon receive the green card from the USCIS.
