Success Story: US Embassy in Vienna Approved E-2 Visa to Our Client

On Sept. 22, 2017, the US embassy in Vienna, Austria approved and issued another E-2 visa/application we filed for our client.

Our client in this case together with a partner purchased a small hotel for $200,000.00 in a Southwest state. Again, after much of document gathering and preparation, we filed the application package for our client to the consulate for preview.  Surprisingly, in just 3 days the embassy notified us that our client can go for interview.  The following is the email from our client after the approval:

Well basically when I got there right at the beginning the consular officer told me that they already reviewed my case and just have to invite me to this interview to identify myself. He told me they already approved my case after they reviewed it and once they sent out the email for the interview scheduling. He then asked me what my role will be within the business and I told him the exact same thing that you wrote in the business plan. Then he said I should send compliments to my lawyers since they prepared the case very well and it therefore made it quite easy for them to go through it. And then he asked me when I want to travel so they can make sure to have my passport ready before I leave. That’s why I have to pick it up tomorrow cause usually they mail it but he said it’s better to pick it up to be sure that I have it before Tuesday when I will travel.

Thank you again for working through this whole thing with me, I really appreciate it!

Our client has been issued 5-year visa and will be in the US to operate his business soon. We are very excited for our client for the smooth processing of his application.
