Success Story: Another EB-1(C) L-1 for Green Card Application Approved

On May 31, 2019 the USCIS approved an L-1A for green card EB-1(C) application we filed for our client.

Our client in this case is a foreign company which came to the US to expand its business in the dining business. The application was received by the USCIS on Sept. 20, 2017.  during the application process, not only the USCIS went onsite to verify the business, an RFE was also issued.  We however were able to help our client to overcome all the challenges and obtain the approval finally.
